Been to see nurse and she thinks I've pleurisy and the pseudomonas bacteria. Strangely I'm feeling positive because I've been given loads of help and medication. Just being listened to makes a massive difference. Thank goodness for the NHS 😌

Doesn't it just? I'm glad you are feeling positive. For me the nightmare is not knowing what is going in my rib cage. And I have been fobbed off so often with bland reassuring noises which is just frustrating.

Are you seeing your GP or a specialist? I saw the specialist nurse today and they are brilliant. They really listen and treat me like a person not a condition that has to follow a set checklist. I hope you get some answers soon. X

Yes. I am now but it was during the long wilderness years that I felt abandoned. Thank you for your concern.
