mentally better these last two days but pain in my foot really bad went to walk in centre told them doc at out of hours said I had zgout I haven't its just inflamation and possible hair line fracture got to give it time to see if it is and I need an xray

So sorry to read about your painful foot, Margie253. Hope the pain starts to ease very soon. Does strapping it up with a crepe bandage help?

Did they not give you some painkillers till the xray reveals the diagnosis ?. Or do you have some painkillers already.Hope it is just inflammation.

cant take anti flammatirys because of my kidneys got some gel seems to be doing the trick

Thats good news , gels are safer than anti inflammatories. Glad to hear it seems to be working, hopefully you will soon be on the mend.
