Feeling a lot better Going out for a meal today a talk with another friend with copd has lifted my spirits didn't know she had it she's lived with it and cancer for 12 years made me realise it's not a death sentence hope everyone is having a good day xx

had a really nice roast dinner then went for a look around the shops first time I've been out in a week my only concern is my appointment next month they say something to bring me down again
