Does anyone here know what the symptoms of copd are. I weeze and make likevthese weird loud high pitched noises when i sleep I have a rescue inhaler and it helps a little bit but not long after I take it it does it again. I do have asthma but this is really worrying me. Any advice on what it could be?

My Best advice would be to speak with your GP about your symptoms. It is of cause natural that your worrying about them. Perhaps making a recording of the sounds you are making would help the GP in investigating possible causes.
Hi Odeo.....I have mild copd and ask your doc for the FOSTAIR steroid inhaler it opens your airways and helps the inflammation used twice a day when needed. My loud Wheezing is now controlled with this inhaler. Hope this helps . Maddimegan 31.
I have mild copd and ashma I never cough or wheeze get little bit plem in mornings I use to wheeze few years ago but since I went on fostair I don't anymore
You need to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis - there can be a number of possible conditions that need different treatment. Even people with the same diagnosis have different treatment needs. See the expert!
Hi... I agree with most here you need to get a proper diagnose. .A lot of times that sound you a referring to is trapped air.. That's been my experience... Good luck...
