Came across this. They are looking for paid volunteers in three locations around the London south east area. From what I understand they are looking at the benefits of Genuair.

A good find there. I live in the wrong area and I have already improved my lung function so maybe I would not qualify as there is probably little room for more improvement, although I would not say no to further improvement.
