My walk
How gorgeous
Its so important to get out of the house and when you have somewhere like that to go is worth the effort ..
How do you manage your walks,, do you stop often or walk slower etc
I walk with my husband i tend to walk pretty fast I don't feel like I have copd and I'm stage 3 .I walked half of my nemesis today it's a local steep hill and I didn't stop but was breathless when I got to the top I did inhaled via my nose and out through my mouth ...I know not smoking has helped me a lot ..I cdnt have walked that Hill 4 months ago ..I feel great but know when to rest and take a day off from it all .iv got a you tube video thing that does breathing exercises and gentle aerobics I do them daily for about 20 mins .. how do you manage yours and do you get chest infections often I'm knew to all this lol but know I feel better than I did 4 months ago xxx
You have a fabulous attitude and are doing all the right things,,,,Just small changes can make a big difference and these " stages" can vary so much we are all different...It can be really scary getting a diagnosis but a good diet , daily exercise , taking your medication properly and a good attitude can help so much x
Arrrr thank you sometimes I think am I doing the right thing but if I feel okay then I must be ...many thanks for the chat hope you feel better soon and climb snowdonia xxxx

Wow!!!!!beautiful place you live!😀 xx
We visited the New Forest; years have passed now but I am still enchanted. It is not well known in the US and hard to describe, the great quiet with all the animals just as free as the people. My memory's favorite snapshot is in a village as a teenage schoolboy in school uniform and a donkey walk along together, the boy looking utterly bored. The boy went into his house and the donkey continued on his way, clearly it having been his choice not to go into the house too. There's no place I have ever been like it.
