Hello had chest infections on and off since november cant blow above 200 on peak flow im 56 and ex smoker should i be worried

Been to doctors only got meter yesterday got appointment with respiratory specialist on Tuesday had chest x ray yesterday

Did you do a Spirometry test? If so what did they tell you?You will probably have a number of other tests when you see the respiratory specialist. The good news it that you have done the best thing by giving up smoking. That you are worried is natural but until the results and your consultation is over it would be very hard to give advice.
