Hello katieoxo60, there are some very good tips on the Blood Pressure UK site. I only use Himalayan salt or Maldon's sea salt which has minerals in. Himalayan salt pipes are good for the lungs 😃

I think normal is now 120. Mine is low,105, but goes up if I am anxious even if I don't feel anxious. Just before an angiogram which I was a wary of not having had one before it was 140, just after back to 105.
