went to doc yesterday told him i was going to get pip form soon he said to bring it to them cuz 9 times out of 10 they say they will contact your g.p. but dont bother he said he has had many many cases of it so be aware guys n girls

Thanks for the "warning" sibkev - always a bonus if your Doctor understands how PIP/DLA forms work. Many don't and it can literally make all the difference in many cases.

Absolutely true sibkev. I made sure I gathered all my letters of support for this very reason. Apparently they used to contact my cons and they would charge them and the money would go into the hospital trust. It's only a guess on my part but things seemed to change when they changed the goal posts i.e. 20mts!

Hi sibkev the form asks for relevant health professionals who areinvolved in your treatment I don't know if mine were contacted but I was successful in my application. How are you keeping post operation. Hope you are well

breathing wise in fine but diabetese in my legs is painful just coming up to 12 month post op now also had a pre cancer removed from my hand but it all part of emuno suppreshion been told it happens i was on so much neoral first few weeks but hey ho got to be here to get it
