What is worst cigarettes or vapes I've not heard of vapes to be so bad

Cigarettes! I went on to an e-cig to help me to stop smoking, and then started reducing the strength of the liquid. 😊😊😊

If your looking at giving up smoking I did it using champix not everyone can use this so you need to talk to your GP.

I chose champix because you can still smoke I took mine before bed on around the 8th day I lit a cigarette up didn't enjoy it but Continued. On the 11 day I got up didn't feel well so went back to bed and I haven't smoked since that was 11 years ago.

I'm sorry I can't help you with the vapes my husband used one he had the cherry flavour that's all I know.

I've heard they have more nicotine in them than fags, and also it's the nicotine what's addictive not the tobacco, but cigarettes are definitely more bad as they have chemicals in them wich we don't no what they are

Hi I've been vaping for about 7 months and feel no different but I think it's better than fags I hope anyway lol

If you get a good vape it's. much better than little cheaper ones you get in local shops I tryed the cheap on and had a fag straight after but I been using this one for 7 months and haven't slipped back one time so if I can you can I smoked for38 years good luck x🙏

Lol 😂 they are better you won't feel any different for a while it's just nicotine your addicted to, least you don't have any dirty chemicals inhaling into your lungs like me lol, I'd find it so hard to give up

one bad thing I hear is the charger they have set on fire but I think this was due to useing the wrong charger

I only use the charger that it came with I'm doing it to my best I can only try I bought a good one from a vape shop so hopefully it will be ok thank you for your advice. Stay well

Patches worked for me haven't smoked in 13years best thing I've ever done health wise .

Not sure about the vape, only use if desperate, have been using gum/patches.

Not heard anyone else say it but my lungs and chest seem 'rough' on the vape which makes me wonder??

For almost one year of using the vape, so far I still had a better feel. In fact, I still got some affiliate programs from the store that I usually get my vapes. No harm unless you overdo or abuse I think.

I Think Vape is better than Fog. I been using vape for years now and i seems that Im not feeling anything with in me.
