Good morning all, I'm just breezing in to give you all a huge hug, I haven't been on here for a while and thought I'd pop in to say hello and see how you all are. How's the Christmas shopping going ... are we all finished and have we got our sprouts on yet. lol (I see many of you turning green when I mentioned sprouts lol)
Well I'm hoping you're all as well as you can be and ready for the big day. I'm spending Christmas day with my son and granddog this year she's a gorgeous black labrador and eats us out of house and home.
I thought I'd upload a lovely photo of one of the swans from my local lake, I do hope you like it. Sending warm hugs your way and have a breatheasy week.
With love from Lyn xxx

Goooooooood morning knitter, it's lovely to speak with you. I'm doing well thank you and the swans are gorgeous. The little fluffs are now fully grown and should be off soon. They're learning to fly up and down the lake, is lovely to watch. Roll on April when the female swan starts nesting again.
Hiiiiiiiiiya Carole, glad you like the pic, thank you. What....no sprouts yet. lol
Yep, I'm actually looking forward to this Christmas ... it's the 3rd one without Brian, so after the last two difficult years ... I can feel this one a little easier.
Love and hugs back at you and have a lovely Christmas yourself. xxx
Hi Jolyn, so nice to see you here again - lovely photo. We visited the swan sanctuary in Dorset, forgotten its name, beautiful experience (though woe betide you if you got between a mother and cygnets). Sending you love for christmas and health and happiness for the new year
Lovely photo Lyn. Was so glad to see you posted it. Hope you'll drop in more often. You guys do like your sprouts! What do you usually have for Christmas dinner? I'm across the pond here, and wondering do we favor the same dinner? Hoping to see a photo of your granddog. Maybe? You have a wonderful holiday, Lyn. A big hug to you. 💜 Ruby🌹
Glad you like it Ruby ... you know I'm swan mad. lol To be honest I don't mind a sprout or two, but that's about it. As long as I have my carrots, runner beans and parsnips, I'm fine. I'll post a pic of the granddog one day. Have a lovely Christmas hon ... huge hugs back atcha! xxx
Hi Lyn, a late good morning from me to you. It lovely to see your swan picture again. I am recovering from a nasty winter bronchitus; I shall be better for Christmas. Unfortuneately my computer is at the repair shop having it's memory fixed. Great idea, transfers all memory onto a new clean, enlarged one. Pity it can't be done for us humans; I think it might be the future though . My late mum used to call Ollie her Grandog. Have a great Christmas Lyn Love Margaret x
Hiya Margaret, I'm glad to hear you're on the mend, my Mum's just getting over that too. Good that you've got your computer sorted out. Have a lovely Christmas and New Year. xxx
