I'm sorry to hear of all your health problems. Oxygen saturation of 93 is not too bad, but I'm afraid I can't help with the rest of your question.

Someone may be along who knows all about your different problems, but I think you would really be better off going back to your doctor with your concerns.

I wish my o2 would be 93--only 92 on 4 litres and drops to low 80s and 70s within 2 minutes off o2--lucky you--I am tethered to this beast 24/7--live for today- but do it sensibly -do what you want within reason and it wont hurt you or anyone else -You can try it--We are not promised tomorrow--when in doubt ---don't---Mmet
