The only observation that I can make about those symptoms of tingling lips and hands is that they can be symptoms of hyperventilation. Do you feel anxious and have you ever had panic attacks?
I do think that you should go to your doctor.
Welcome to this forum. it is excellent and you will get very good help, advice and support.

Dehydration can cause tingling in fingers and toes. Make sure you are drinking enough water in this hot weather. But there can be lots of other causes so getting it checked out is a good idea.
Hi Kate80 welcome to our forum.
As already suggested there can be many causes of tingling in the fingers and toes.
In my own case, the tingling I was getting in my fingers was caused by my immune system attacking the muscles in my hands.
Whatever is causing your problem, it needs checking out by your doctor.
Regards. John
Yes, Hi Kate,
When I am having an exacerbation of my COPD then my fingers, toes, and lip begin to tingle. Like you my sats are ok and the tingling appears mostly towards the end of the when I am tired or when I am 'pushing it' during the day. It never happens when I am at my best!
No idea what the cause is
Have a great day.

Hi Kate80, my guess would be that this is could be'clubbing' which is very common in people with lung problems, It's easy to check this out for elimination purposes anyway. Check if your nails are beginning to curve over. Doctors ask you to bend your fingers over so that the finger nails of one hand are touching the nails of the other hand, then they look for a gap of light just above the nails. If there is no light showing through, then you have clubbing. There is a lot of information on the internet about this. My consultant used exactly the same word as you (tingling) when he first asked me about this. I was horrified when I found I had clubbing as some of the pictures on the Internet are not pleasant but 3 years on, although I notice the curve in my nails and still get the tingling feeling every now and then, no one else would notice anything different in my nails.
Take care,
Helen
I do not have the symptom, but my doctor told me that low calcium in the blood can cause tingling in the fingers. It might be worth asking your doctor to test your levels in your blood perhaps.
