thank you all for your replies for the weekend but not time to rest as i've had pulmonary rehab this morning in Diss. 9.30 to 11.30. now I can rest. we took a couple of videos over the weekend but i've not yet fathomed how to get them off Facebook on to here, thank you all once again and the dogs were very good with the baby too .

just about to do so then hubby said what about lunch are you going to do some. so thats now done. having time to myself now on my computer with my lunch and a cuppa tea.

thank you all for your replies no peace for the wicked dietitian come today. no more cream cakes on a friday when shopping comes lol xx
