Thank you so much for your response, only just picked it up.My X Ray October2015 was normal.The last one, 2Weeks came back as abnormal, seeing my G.P on Tuesday afternoon for the results, whatever it is I'll take the advice.I have my SpirometryTests test in the Morning, Monday.I'll look up the technique you advise.😆 .
