Welcome 😊 You'll get so much support and answers here. As of now, read whatever you can about your condition and eat healthy. Get the mindset you're going to stay at first stage! Good luck dear

Hello, sorry you need to be here but nice to meet you.

It can be scary but there's lots you can do to manage your condition and stay well. Most people don't know when they're at your stage so you sort of have an advantage.

That looks a lovely lunch with your family in the sun. Take care. Sue x

Welcome Lesley.

Stop smoking if you do, eat healthy and exercise it will help slow down the progression. And get on with your life.

Good luck

Hi Lesley nice to meet you. I understand how scary a diagnosis of copd can be. I was diagnosed mild 6-7 years ago and am still mild. There is a lot you can do to help yourself. And as my doctor said - something else will get me first ie old age! x

Welcome to you Lesley. You will find lots of helpful advice if you want it, plus some humour and good fun too.

It is very scary at first but then you realise that you can live a great life and disease will not define you. My hubby Pete has COPD and also sarcoidosis and other things but we get through each day together which is great.

Wishing you well. xxxxx

Hi and welcome, I was diagnosed with moderate copd in February and it was scary but the guys on here put it all in perspective and gave good advice and made me laugh, so make yourself at home and if you have any worries or questions, fire away. Someone will have the answer x
