It does get more manageable but you are at a place of. Anguish you must believe it will get better I use wasp wait ,anylise ,slowly ,proceed make sure no pressure comes from anybody be assertive with it

Thank you Spud. Certainly SLOW, my chest & lungs feel quite 'tight' at present and I am not coughing very easily/ oh well, one of the joys of getting old I suppose. It's the 'trappped' situation that gets to me the most, claustrohobic & agrophobic all at the same time. SOB is an absolute ..............................I know you all agree. take care x
