Hi there, nice to be home but don't rush things, better to take longer than go down hill again, one day at a time. janx

Is there anyone you could go out with? Maybe have them drive the first couple of times just until you get your confidence up about going out again. A bit of company might lift your spirits too xx

Hi Mj,keep this under your hat,we don,t want everybody doing it lol.My first port of call is back to my hospital,I can usually get parked ,go in walk up to the end to get my newspaper ,back down grab a coffee, have a seat and watch the world go by for half hour often seeing nurses that recently treated me.It,s flat, safe and warm, what,s not to like. It,s actually a daily thing,if not doing other stuff. My physio agreed it,s quite clever.I suppose if we all did it it might get a bit crowded so Sshhh!😜
