Bronchiectasis

 I was diagnosed Yeats ago with a Lung Cond.!after lots of tests this year diagnosis confirmed.just done a pulmonary re hab have leant and benefit more in 4 weeks!! I recommend  to any one!

What did you find most helpful,I found exercises good but the info gained was amazing it helps so much with basic things nobody else spoke about

I would like to do re hab. Have been on the waiting list for 14 months. I am told the wait is between 2 and 4 years here!

Walking ,stand up from a chair walk to another sit repeat,step ups.very light weight weights for biceps ,all done to your limits and supervised never pushed !!encouraged! You only do short time as mins on each.with breathing /effect listed on each .
