I'm on dissolvable paracetamol that's all I will take, don't like taking medication but only if I have to.

I've I stay any sterile will be a monk or knighted as a priest lol

So many horrid wee bugs going about.

No it's not.

That ice cold wind is nippy, takes ages to heat up the wee toes and fingers lol

Do you have any abs or steroids that you can take? If not, try gargling salt water, I find that helps me. If you don't feel better, just call 999

Was at A&E a few weeks ago, the said it was a viral flue, it did get a bit better however last visit to my docs I did mention it but he just said it could last for another while and antibiotics wouldn't help.

Just need to grin it and bear it.

Have you tried gargling with a betadine solution? Find it marvellous,& kills the infection.Hope you're better soon xxx

Been there seen it done it, he wasn't interested, im now onto fisher man friends and paracetamol.

Sometimes we just need a little helping hand to get better & you seem to have been unwell for quite a while.
