I've only just joined ... Was diagnosed with copd 6 yrs ago.

Last breath tests showed I was down to ,46 %

so am classed as severe........is that right. ??

Am a grandma to two smashing young adults.

Love driving and travel, like gardening but not this weather.

I agree that numbers are just numbers. I also think can have slight variations from previous years results.

However link I was just looking at states 30%-50% is classed as severe / stage 3. Below 30% is very severe / stage 4.

You will find people on here with far lower results who able to have a good quality of life. Some even working. What important is keeping excercise up as much as possible and trying to keep infections at a minimal.
