After I cough, which thank goodness isn't often, I sneeze. Not just a couple of times but it can be up to a dozen. Not rapid fire like some people do but slow and paced. Does anybody else do this or am I just as strange as my family think I am. Keep smiling

I do have sneezing fits Carole but haven't linked it with coughing.
Hi Carol. When you cough you are clearing your throat of noxious particles. When you sneeze you are clearing your nose of noxious particles. Sometimes when one coughs some minor noxious particles find their way to your nasal cavity thereby causing you to sneeze. Believe me you are quite normal.
Digressing from the main topic, good to see you back, Gerald. But I do have a comment about sneezing. When I sneeze and I do this really well, it almost feels as if my head is about to leave my neck. Very staccato (where did I find that word!) XX
Thanks pergola. Its good to be home. Staccato is a very good way to describe a sneeze. Quick, short, sharp, movement. Sometimes feeling like ones head has shot off as well. xxx
I DREAD feeling a sneeze come on. Invariably that is it. I am then convulsed - completely - by eye watering, hopeless, violent over and over and over and over and over again sneezes. Doesn't matter what I do. Blow my nose. Squirt water up my nose. Stand on my head. Hop about. I am completely lost. Can take half an hour!
