Fell two story up, hospital wanted me on a Ct but I opted for xrays, nothing broken but very damaged muscles all over, every joint aches, thought my man flu was coming back lol

sounds like you was very luck to not have broke something , hope you soon recover , not being funny but get a bottle of battles embrocation its for live stock for pulled muscles, muscle pain ligaments ect , google it loads of places sell it wont burn the skin , I have used it for years for both humans and animals the farmer I worked for swore by it the equestrian shop I buy it from said she sell more for human use than animal , my boy fell over and pulled ligament in leg could hardly walk doctor said would take few weeks put it on him morning and night 2 days and he was walking fine , lot better than all the deep heat like products ,
Ooooohhhh painful, I too like mmzetor am going to recommend a natural remedy that is given to horses, cattle and humans too, comfrey it's a plant that's grows on the side of roads and walkways, very common, it can be used as a poultice by soaking the leaves in hot water cool slightly and wrap around injured part for 2 hours or dried and crushed and put into food, great for sprains, strains, ligament and tendon damage, can be bought on Amazon already dried for U, worth a try and it's natural but always check it can be taken with u medication . Take extra care xx Sonia xx
Hi Sonia, thanks for the tip....I have loads of comfrey growing on my allotment...it makes a good plant feed too.
Hi knitter, it was an elderly chap that showed me how to use it on the yard/stable we were on after my daughters horse bruised his leg, it's brilliant and has really worked and helped, might try it next year on my hanging baskets I've never mastered how to get them bloomin and big 😥 thanks for the tip back xx Sonia xx
Can vouch for the comfrey worked for me years ago when I trod on a nail in a piece of wood and couldn't put my heel down for days before soaking in the boed comfrey
It's good stuff ain't it Joyce, and it grows under right under our noses. Mother Nature can't beat it xx Sonia xx
Hi, yea, I remember that, Gran used to call it "knitbone"? Excellent natural remedy. Take care all of you. Regards
Ow, ouch, oh my word you were lucky not to break several bones, hope you're not going to feel too bad in the morning.

My Grandad always used Elliman's Embrocation. It is still on sake today,
Did you know Bay Rhum stops baldness?
Oh no. Didn't you have someone holding the ladder? Poor you, I'm glad you were lucky, take it easy now. Rest up and gentle exercise. P
Oh dear keep your feet firmly on the ground in future 1968. We don't want to lose you do we now! x
Oh no! Don't expect you'll be doing that again in a hurry! Luckily no bones broken but you will be sore tomorrow.
Hope you recover quickly, take care, no more climbing! 😀
This fall sounds painful; no more climbing for you 1968 . I think you are going to be really sore for a time but I hope you.heal soon. X
Thats 2 lots of bad luck, don't make a third! But seriously, ouch, that was rotten luck, hope its not to sore xx
I can vouch for the cumfrey, an aunt of mine gave my mother some out of her garden many years ago after I stood on a nail in a piece of wood. After a couple of days and not being able to put my heel down I was taken to the doctors who said I needed to have a tetanus jab at hospital. For some reason I wasn't taken but soaked my foot it the boiled comfrey leaves. They were then wrapped around my foot overnight, after that the inflammation had gone and I could put my foot on the floor.
Sorry about the duplication re comfrey thought the 1st one hadn't gone through.
That was so lucky not to have broken anything. Rest and heal xx
Gosh, you really were lucky - that is a long way down. Hope your aches and pains don't last too long. Take care x
I know pay a guy to my gutters - costs an arm and a leg but not mine! Trust you're on the mend.
Oh dear 1968. You're very lucky it wasn't more serious, I hope you'll be fully recovered soon and steer clear of ladder climbing infuture, leave it to the professionals. I had to respond to this as your comment about "man flu" really made me laugh!! 😂
That was lucky no broken bones. On the other hand unlucky to have a fall. Take care and let the muscles recover, before anymore DIY attempts.
