If you are looking for introductory information & just a way to understand what it means & how to deal with it, I think you've already found the best website

If you are wanting to delve deeper then there are a wide range of website out there, starting with the BLF & things like patient.co.uk, the NHS website & similar that will give you basic information without too much detail. Other go into more scientific realms.

You can also use Google Scholar (scholar.google.co.uk/) which will find academic papers & research articles. I just typed in COPD & it returned over 750,000 results so plenty to aim at!!

Bear in mind as well that COPD is an umbrella term for a number of conditions.

this is the best site really plus you can ask questions and get answer from people who are going through the same thing and have the experience of it , there are a lot of members here who know more about it than the gp , be careful of some of the sites on google as lot of wrong frightening information out there ,take care
