tough time need advise
I have suffered with anxiety Dr gave me some tablets they worked well, have never had the problem again ,it was a very frightening time, but see your doctor help is there, good luck.
Hi I think you need to go to the doctors and see if you can get something to help with the stress. This is common in serious chronic conditions. Get help with it. x
Book an appointment with your GP tomorrow. You will be able to get meds to help with your stress. It's a very common complaint when someone has a chronic condition, so don't worry anymore. Best wishes
could be albuterall. Is your heart rate up?
I agree with the others, check it's not for a reason. But I have to say I suffer very bad with anxiety, I worry all the time my stomach keeps churning and my heart flips. I carry a paper bag with me for the panic attacks which cant hurt you I just go with them now.
Maybe you should try it.

Hi, it sounds like the severe anxiety I suffered following my diagnosis. It's absolutely awful to cope with.
Don't do what I did, and try to cope with it on your own because it will only get worse and the medication takes 2 or 3 weeks to kick in.
It's very common to get this anxiety when you've been told you have a chronic disease and the tablets really do get it nipped in the bud.
The sooner you get to your Docter, the sooner you'll start to feel more like your old self. xx
The problem is I have been on a med for along time and it doesn't seem to be working anymore.
All the more reason to see the Doctor, Patsy. You might need the dose upped,or be put on a different one altogether. Please don't panic to much, there is help available, hopefully you will soon be back to your old self again.
Warm hugs,Wen xxx

You've got me worried there. If you want we can chat online or any way you want. I'll here all night if you want.
NOT REAL UP ON THE SIGHT. SOMETIMES I SEE A ICON WHICH LOOKS LIKE AN ALTERNATIVE PHONE SIGHT????
Hi patsy
If you are struggling online, you can phone if you want.
WHERE ARE YOU
ONLINE IS FINE STARLESS
WISCONSIN USA...I DON'T THINK I'LL CALL
That fine patsy. You sound as if you are going through it a wee bit
I think there is a bit of a delay in our messages. Wisconsin? A phone call would break the bank. Is there nobody close by who can help you?
YES I AM. DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO TURN. JUST TRYING TO SNAP OUT OF IT. I HAVE TRIED VERY HARD TO MAIMTAIN A NORMAL LIFE AS POSSIBLE BUT I FEEL LIKE IM LOSING THE BATTLE. I CANNOT HANDLE MUCH STRESS IN MY LIFE ANYMORE AND WHEN IT COMES IT MAKES ME WEEKER AND WEEKER.
ALL LUNG FRIENDS HAVE PASSED AWAY. HARD TO FIND ANY SIGHT IN THE US.
Do you have any relatives close by patsy? At times, it's hard to snap out of things and we need a little help from others, I know I do, so don't feel you are alone in this.
I DO AND HOPE TO SEE MY SON TONIGHT. IT IS SO HARD FOR PEOPLE THAT DO NOT DEAL WITH COPD TO UNDERSTAND. SOME DAYS AS LATELY I FEEL AS THOUGH I AM NOT GOING TO MAKE IT ANOTHER DAY. SORRY FOR THE WHINNING. JUST NOT SURE WHAT TO DO.
You are not whining, we all feel that way at times. Why not have a chat with you son tonight and tell him how you feel. I remember my mum and me could talk about anything, well almost.
The website at this end keeps acting strange, I've already sent this once.
Why not have a chat with your son, I'm sure he can help. I remember my mum and me could chat about anything, well almost.
I do think if you are feeling really ill you should call the emergency services. I don't know how things work in the US, but it is better to be safe.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH STARLESS. I WILL TAKE YOUR ADVISE.
It's the early hours here, why not come onto the site tomorrow morning your time and there will be a lot more people on here to help you.
Take care patsy, lovely speaking to you.

Hi! I have stage 2 empazema(I can't spell either), yes things can and do get stressful, and that in turn makes it harder to breath.Do you use inhalers? If so be aware that overuse can cause rapid heartbeat, shakes come with it too.I have found that some days are worse than others.Have you asked about anti anxiety meds?I would think a call to your doctors nurse at least, write down what questions you have, and let them know what is going on with you.
