Signed it. All lung disease meds should be free as well not just asthma. x

I'm very lucky as I live in Scotland & we get all NHS prescriptions free of charge. This is thanks to the Scottish government. It makes a huge difference when renewing meds every few weeks not having to pay for them. Take care everyone 🌺

Signed. What I do not understand is why thyroid conditions which are classed as life threatening are free.but asthma which can also be classed as life threatening is not prescription free.( I have both ) .I will never understand the mentality of politicians . rant over :-)

Signed even though I live in Wales where we don't pay for prescriptions my partner's great nephew has been ill all his life with it too - in fact when he was a toddler he was on portable oxygen and was the "poster" boy for the Southampton/Portsmouth lung centre.

signed and shared on FB.

O good one - thanks for posting this. I went to collect a prescription for my daughter just yesterday and we were all grumbling that her medicine should be free. I've signed and shared to facebook. Good for you x piggi

I agree people with diabetes get insulin free and any other meds they need like pain killers I have no objection them having insulin they can not live without it nor can we live without inhalers. I pay a pre- paid for mine £104.00 a year don't think I would be able to afford if I didn't

Thanks for the link. It makes me really cross that I now get medicines free because I have thyroid problems but have had to pay for the asthma medicines for many years.
