Finished my PR course on Monday and had my walk test this morning....couldn't believe it when I started I did 40 metres with 4 stops with my rollator, this morning I did 100 metres with 3 stops and no rollator. If you get offered a place take it it is obviously a benefit. Keep smiling

Well done Carole, I love your determined spirit. I haven't been on one yet but, I know they run one at my local health centre. I will be getting myself on one the minute I feel I need to. xx
Hi ,there ,isn't it remarkable how good it makes us feel to be able to walk with more confidence ,pulmary rehab is amazing the benefits are wonderous,I first did it back in 2008 ,and over the years after illnesses I've done it again & again ,but I always follow it with twice a week gym sessions,,,,,sadly due to new asthma trial medication side effects I've been unable to go ,,,,but I'm hopefull I will be there again this coming week or week after ,,,,,,take care and well done on your improvement ,,,,
