Not coping with copd
That sounds a bit miserable. My husband has had Copd for a long time over 12 years - he is definitely more tired than he used to be but there again he is older. The only time my husbands appetite increases is when he has been on steroids during a chest infection/exacerbation. I would advise you to go to the doctor and just get checked - your fatigue maybe unrelated to Copd. Eg vitamin d deficiency which I had and was so very tired. Hope you start to feel better soon TAD xx
Thanks for your comments will keeping looking to see what I need to change👍🏻
Hi, I agree with Tadaw, your tiredness could be totally unrelated to your Copd. You could be anemic, or short of any of a few vitimins that cause fatigue. They will run blood tests to check this out.
You haven't said what stage your at, it maybe your job is just becoming too much for you, especially if it is physical.
Whatever the reason, your Dr is the person to solve it. x

I have copd for 10 years. 3 years ago I got very sick with an "unknown " virus. My body starting changing since then and now my 02 is now 5L to 8L, I still work full time but the fatigue is great. I work and sleep. But...still going.
