Click on your username by the smiley face on the green panel. This will give you a drop down menu - click on Profile. In the new page click on Edit Profile. You will be able to add a photo and enter other things about yourself. Hope this helps. M

I'm not sure about an Ipad - I use a laptop. The Edit Profile is on the extreme right of the screen in the panel under the green banner, so you might need to make sure you've scrolled all the way across.

Hi

Although you can add photos to your post on your I-pad you can not add a photo for your avatar or banner, for that you need access to a computer.

From news feed or profile page, click edit profile, you will then see the upload button for your avatar as to be thumbnail size, and the upload button for the banner you will have to experiment to get the right fit.

When completed the avatar will show on your i_pad but not the banner.

Hi stone I am on a lappy but have been going round the houses trying to get a profile on. I click upload then go into my pictures, pick the one I want and click open. It does open up but won't transfer itself to my profile. It doesn't say thumbnail or give size options. What am I doing wrong please? x

Hi

You have to resize the image first.

I have just change my avatar.

Right click the image and choose edit from the menu.

The image will open in a new window in the program you use, mine opened in paint.

Click select all, then you can crop, resize or both

Then resize to suit, mine is 352x464 size is 69.1 Kbps remember to save.

When uploaded you can reposition the viewable image.

You may have to experiment a few times to get what you want.

Took me three attempts to get it right.
