I am not talking about the BLF FB page the group I belong to is for carers as well as sufferers from COPD and affiliated illnesses but it a group that believes that you can laugh about life with this bloody illness. There is also a serious group called COPD UK.

COPD UK is bloody awful. Stuffy, out of date and run in a very authoritarian manner. There's so much else out there that's relaxed and even funny.
