Some of the questions have 2 possible answers, some 3, 4, or 5.

There are 18 questions with 55 possible answers between them.

That's an average of 55/18 = fractionally more than 3 possible answers per question.

So if you made a random guess for every question you'd get about a third of them correct.

I've been interrogating the 'black box' that is this test, and discovered that in order to find out how many out of the 18 you got right, use this formula: (score - 98 ) / 2

According to all of you I'm the least gifted with only 101. Well I'm not going to sulk - will just go and drum my heels and screeeeem, 'it's not fair' and I posted my results on Facebook, just goes to show you never to get to high and mighty. My grand kids think I'm the best nanny in the world so that counts for more.

Yes. Just because you didn't find the answer by a process of rigorous logical deduction doesn't mean your 'guess' is a purely random affair - unless you based it on a coin toss or some such . . .

You did very well, 15/18. I got 132. One wrong and I've since figured out which.

Which ones (1st, 2nd, 3rd . . . ? ) are you unsure of?
