Hi Linda,

Welcome to the forum where you will meet people with all types of lung conditions at various stages. We all jump in and help each other when needed, and hopefully you will learn lots of stuff along the way. You have made a good start at already being at PR which will be of great benefit to you. If you need further help just jump in and ask and someone will be around to answer you. Also, if you are newly diagnosed the BLF helpline number which is staffed by respiratory nurses are a mine of information and tips, and they can also send you out lots of information if needed. The number is on the home page, but here it is for now. 03000 030 555.

Good luck,

hugs from Huggs xxx :)

Welcome Linda,

You have come to the right place. Everyone here will do their best to help answer any questions you have. Theres no better teacher than experience. We could probably better help you if you tell us more about your condition.

Glad to meet you

Hi Linda and welcome to our amazing site. It has been a lifeline for me,so just post a question or have a good old moan, there is always someone around who can help with advice sympathy or humour, well almost anything! Most of us have been in a dark place at times, we do understand. Love Kin Xx

Morning Linda, Welcome to the site! Lots of great advise from lovely people - if you have any questions just ask. It is a very difficult diagnosis to come to terms with and understand and the disease affects everyone differently. I care for my husband who has been suffering for over 10 years and is now classed as severe - BUT he still works full time and we still have a great quality of life just a bit slower than anyone else!! Take good care and dont panic, lots of love TAD xxx

Greetings and welcome to our group......you will make lots of friends..... find lots of chatter .....and lots of laughs...
