Hi Abitfit,

Havent seen much of you on here lately. Hope all is well with you. I havent started my exercise yet. I have a good treadmill. Had it for years! So it became a storage spot.Not good! I go up and down a lot of stairs when I'm working and I do a couple extra trips up and down. So how are you? Whats new?
