I've was over-whelmed by the truly lovely comments you have left about contact with my son...it's a case now of treading very carefully and taking one small step at a time...

It is sad that many of you have much the same problems with your children...I hope you too will be able to resolve any differences and come together again.

Just enjoy vashti. Savour every moment. Iam so fortunate I have three lovely ' children and 5 grandchildren and were in good contact don't always see I to eye but alwyscthere for each other. Sadly my eldest daughter Clarke died 18yrs ago I still miss her. Its her anniversary on Dec 8 she loved Christmas so I love this time of the year. Sorry I've wandered of.

I have two Daughters that don't keep in contact with me,My eldest I know the reason why the other I have no idea why I have written to here but no reply.I have given up trying to think why this has happened,Thank goodness I have two Daughters who are near me and we are close,My only Son has moved to Australia with His family which I am really sad about but at least keep in contact.Its hard when families fall apart but you have to carry on with life.
