i have c.o.p.d you really need to give smoking like you i tried everything i could i now use electronic cigies and they work but it still takes willpower .good luck

I used Allan Carr stop smoking Clinic. It cost over £200, but if you smoked like I did, you will have that back in the first month. I done this nearly seven years ago and have not smoked since. Well worth doing, plus there was no longing for it while being in the company of others.
