Opinions on Manuka honey.

Hello all,

I am suffering yet again with chest second dose of antibiotics. I am interested to know if anybody has had good results with manuka honey. I have bronch and am just a bit fed up right now. Look forward to hearing from you all.

Hiya Chrissy, if you go back a few posts there is a rec over manuka honey and bulk buy. Think it from ant....

My sister-in-laws, brother-in-law is a professional opera singer and swears bye the useage of manuka honey.

Members of my family one with severe emphysema swear by it. They take it with lemon juice. It can do no harm so is worth a try! Suz x

I absolutely think Manuka honey is a great help. I had chest infections every other month, and since I started with the honey - and being more careful - I have had fewer. I keep wondering if it is a coincidence, but whatever, I will keep taking it forever now! Stay well By the way, it won't hurt anyone to take it....it does no harm at all.
