if you Google it, you'll find lots and lots of info. Some swear by it. I bought some after much research and a personal recommendation. Nothing to lose. Just wondered who else had tried it? I'll give it a couple of weeks, inhaling a teaspoonful mixed with water 5 times a day for 2 weeks in my steam device! :)

im quite surprised no one has tried this, as i really wanted to see what they thought, although, as i said b4 i am wary of these wonder treatments,,, but who knows....

keep us posted sirjames, on how things go,, i know its a very old remedy for many things, one being the respiratory system ,,,jimmy :)

This was mentioned on here ages ago now and I did some googling. Like sirjames says some swear by it and others say it is rubbish. Apparently you have to buy the real stuff as the cheaper is no good. Some of those I read about made their own. But it does sound a bit time consuming. There was also a picture of an old man who had (so it said) been using lots for many years and as a consequence he had turned blue permanently! x

Thanks C. Yes you have to use quality stuff, the thing to avoid is continued long time ingestion as some people do get agiya which turns the skin bluish and cannot be reveresed. If you search on this site, there are some interesting posts from the past :)
