Hi. You are not alone. I followed the instructions in writing to HU. The help says that if your new name choice does not conflict with an existing user in any if the Communities you follow then they will notify your success.

They never replied to me either :-(

Regards Rib

As a member of HealthUnlocked you will have a unique username that you created when you first joined. If you like, you can update that username

In order to do so, please get in touch with us via the contact us form in the Help Centre. In the message please include your current username as well as three options you'd like your username changed to (just in case your preference is already being used by another user).

For your username to be accepted it must contain no spaces and be at least 4 characters long.

We'll then be in touch with you to let you know when your username has been updated.

Hi there, if you go here healthunlocked.com/settings and scroll down, you'll see a section called username. Simply replace your current username with a new one. Be sure to hit 'save' when you're done.
