hi Jimmy, mm in 5 years l will be 56 and l guess missing my hubby as much then. I also hope this site and the friendships l'm making will be as special to them as they are becoming to me. This is the only communication, right now lm having. My foster son out at 8am and back at 6pm.

So today l thought im going for a walk, no one spoke to me, so l smiled said hi and got strange looks. lol

Thinking of you I did my first mow in the garden since my hernia op all my neighbours chatted to me about the weather ect. Isn't the sun lovely? Do you like music it can help the loneliness. Hi Katie, he is home with 3 friends in tow. I now have a home full of boisterous 17 year olds.

Gave them time to go home but how different the very tiny house now feels.

Music is what helped me and hubby alot. I love the fact the sun is still shining.xxxxxx

Hi hope the new day brings better things! How sad that no one could give a cheery acknowledgement back,well,you just have to feel sorry for the miserable souls,don't let them get you down.

I'm sure there must be people in your area,in the same situation as yourself,not sure though how you could tap into them.

Take care,by the way,I have an ex foster child,coming to visit in a couple of weeks,she now is married with her own family,but it's lovely they still keep in touch years later! She now lives about 6 hours away,her kiddies call me Nan,& ring regularly.

I really hope visit with ex f.chid is fantastic. Fostering is tough but l'm so glad hubby and l decided to love and take up the challenge. Our first child from 3 years ago still keeps in touch to.

Well Jimmyr be yourself lives to short to worry about minor things, some of us like comedy/jokes and hopefully we will all still be here on site in five years time. By then I will be on my way to a free TV licence if Cameron and others don't stop the perk.

Haha Katie, they don't have TV licences in the US! It's adverts on every channel. We may moan about our TV licence fee but the alternative could be ads every few minutes

One is called Humour or as you spell it Humor. They are similar. Just that English humour tends to be a little more rude than American humor.

Oh! Jimmy you sweet man with out your humour I could not pass a day sometimes so please please keep it up. We all know we are facing a tough life and even tougher as the days months and years roll by but one thing we all need in life is humour. Hi Jimmy greetings not so much negativity but yes something we all get at times when we are going through a flare up a feeling of being fed up. A month ago I did my walking test to assess me for my Pul Rehab OK great I scraped through with a 1 month clear of any more flare ups before I could go on the waiting list but hey ho the sod bit me again so that means another month. Yup I do get grizzly and harsh with my self at times like this so thanks mate for putting everything into perspective again.

I am just wondering how much antibiotics this body of mine can take apart from the regular Macrobiotics I vary between co-amoxiclav and flucloxicillin but hey ho glad you reminded me of the dreaded 'P' word this year I have to have my booster alongside with my flu jab...still nice and sunny day here and warm with it we are both thankful for one thing and that is we are alive YAYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I live in the UK Jimmy the North West on the coast which gets very wet and windy (odd reminds me of something else wet and windy) harumph LOL keep the party clean I envy my American cousins with there sunny weather and on the ball medical treatment (unless you are on O'Bahma's medicare.

No certainly not on obamas plan.ihave pretty good ins. The fall here is actually spectacular...leaves change bright colors n temps @ 72° which is perfect...sep/oct best mths weatherwise...last winter was brutal...74" snow temps 7° never so cold

I hate the fall as much as I hate spring the first grass cut on the golf links around me send me sneezing then I have a break during summer then along comes our fall the leaf mould does not agree with me so it is time to up the steroids I have given up on the warnings about them as I definitely have osteoporosis of the spine possibly from too many in the 70's there I was on 4 x4 a day for 8 years
