Hi Parvati, my lungs have been reminding me that I'm really not that well but 30mg of prednisolone have righted things for now. I've slowed up a little but I'm still getting out and have been doing some great walks this week on more level ground than the Malverns.

Hi jeanielee, I've been off the pace for a little while but an increase in my steroids have got me back on track. I've managed a couple of decent walks this week, one at my dads and the other along side the river Severn at Worcester. I'm taking it steady though and not trying to break any records.

Lots of photos come up all lovely,some really sweet ones of your daughter In her yellow dress.so glad your up and about again,my hubby and I are in spain at the moment sorting our new home moving here permantly next year very scary.take care and keep up your walks it looks like you live in a lovely area x
