Thats wonderful news Kimmy!.Iam so pleased all wen't well for him...I have been messed about somewhat,and with each meeting they have changed what surgery I will be having as I have lesions,calcium deposits this n that,Now they have decided after yet another meeting I am suitable for a lung transplant!!

I had a letter yesterday for pulmonary rehab pre op in September ,so thats more mths of waiting..Knowing my luck I will be in Bromptom at Christmas lol..

I am so pleased for Wingnut...xxxx

It's so annoying all the messing about, but Lung Transplant how come they've suddenly decided you qualify how you feeling about that.

Months ago they told me there was nothing they could do for me,and my boyfriend ended up in tears.(hes 6ft and havent cried in years)Then they done ct scan saying I have lesions calcium deposits and other things and theres a possibility I could have the coils..After yet another meeting they decided unsuitable as my lungs too bad,They then decided on lung reduction of which I got used to and now a bloody transplant!! At least I will be having something done to keep me alive.They have tried to get me in the gym (pre op) but bupa one too far away and the other one is in chard.Still too far so I have to wait till September for Taunton..

I am fed up and getting worse but I am wishing the weeks away,something I never thought I would be doing is wishing my life away.

When you just mentioned Chard it made me laugn !! Every time we go on holls we get lost despite sat. Nav and map and husband with no sence of direction Each time we go thru bloody Chard at least 3 times. Last time i pulled over and totally lost it !! It was going dark no room at the inn and all you could hear was me shouting .....surprising how you can sometimes get yer breath !!!

Haha sounds like that film where you drive around and end up in the same place!! Just came in from back yard its a heat trap out there,

I wondered why ppl were saying about t shirts I wanted one,but now I know they are bright green and very small ,I realised it wont go near my big belly..

I have to see doc sometime about this swelling,he calls it pul carnale or summat,but its ridiculous I cant get into my jeans or find anything to fit me around the waist..

Just had a thought I could make a skirt out of two green t shirts!!! Maybe not lol..

I am gonna have cuppa out back with mag and see how long I last..
