i do hope you are well enough to travel. I have been having infections nearly every other month the past 15 months so I know how you feel...they do get me down....but thankfully the steroids and antibiotics help....have a lovely holiday. :)

Ask you doctor to refer you to a physiotherapist, talk to him/her and see if with him/her you can persuade your doctor to prescribe one. (Yes, you could by one for £50 from Amazon, but really the doc should prescribe it. If not the doc then your consultant)

without it, you can still do fairly well with Active Cycle of Breathing Technique. Here's the video (again the physio can show you this, ask your doctor that you need to cough up mucus with this technique if he won't prescribe the flutter, so he should refer you to physio!) youtube.com/watch?v=l0eKW-A...

Hope you have a good time in Spain!

Hello Jeanielee,It,s easy to make your own flutter, get a used ,clean plastic milk bottle and a bit of tubing(ask chemist). Fill bottle with about 3 inches of water put tubing in and blow for 30 seconds. The physio at the hospital told me this was a cheap way of doing it,hope that,s of some use to you,D.
