A child asked his father, "How were people born?" His father explained

The child then went to his mother, asked her the same question and she told him,

"We descended from monkeys, then we evolved to become like we are now."

The child ran back to his father crying and said, "You lied to me!" His father replied,

"No, son,your mom was talking about her side of the family."!!!!

To clarify I appreciate some claims are handled quickly but what I want the Government to do is ensure that NO claims should take more than 6months to process and likewise for appeals.
