Dont worry Steph57. We all do it at first.

In the section where Pergola replied to you there is a little yellow box, bottom left.

You just click on that and write your reply. It she will get an email telling her someone responded to her (like you did for this one of mine?)........ Whereas, she will only see your post above if she swithes on HealthUnlocked.

Mind you, you can also set your preferences for emails you receive from the site.

You can set it up to receive every single post, question & reply that everyone puts up. When I 1st joined I had that & nearly cancelled, it drove me nuts, unbearable, my phone, tablets etc were pinging every 5 minutes...... if you get that dont give up, someone will help you navigate.
