I was given this inhaler to try today as my chest was tight and I also have yet another infection(got Docycycline for that .
I have been using Clenil before and Combivent in my nebuliser when I need it.
Is anyone else on this inhaler?

hi,
I was put on fostair last month by my specialist, i also take spiriva aswell,i must admit it has greatly reduced my wheezing, but still suffer from fatigue, and shortness of breath, you can feel so much better using this. Now be careful,(just because you are feeling better due to the reduction in wheezing). I was feeling not to well the other day, I phoned the Docs for an appointment, and was able to be seen that day.It was a nice day outside,so i decided to take the short walk to the surgery,(its only about a 5 minute walk) .When i got to the surgery i was feeling considerably worse ended up actually hyperventilating during my consultation.
After i was settled down and had an ECG,everything was ok.However the doc did say in future i should not exceed my capabilities when feeling unwell.Fostair has great benefits, just because your wheezing is reduced, dot be fooled for thinking, that your overall condition has improved. good luck
