Hey Sue I really kinda understand bah hum bugg!! Thinking of you. Smile at the great memories you have. Wishing you and your loved ones a healthy, happy new year Janexx
I too lost my dear Mom this year, and this time last year I was sat with her trying to get her to eat some Christmas dinner in hospital. But a week later I lost her. I am still grieving badly, and have good days and bad days. I have copd, but stopped smoking a year ago, and have been much better since, though I still use Ecigs, as I still crave cigs.
I am sorry to read your news, life is cruel at times isn't it. All the best.
Hi Sue lost my Mom this year its my first Christmas without her saw loads of things in Marks & Spencer she would of loved couldn't find a thing for her last year. Took a very nice wreath up to the crematorium with my brothers but Christmas will never be the same.x
this is still a sad time for you. You're right to take it slow. There's a lot of bugs in Bah Hum! Still I wish you peace in your heart and a smooth new year.
I lost my mum in 2008, such a long time already. I've put a photo of her on my screen saver.
Hi Sue. I lost my Mum in 2006and my Dad two years ago. My Husband was told two or three months ago that he only has a year to live. So Christmas for me is very up and down this year. We spent Christmas Day with my Son his Wife and my two and a half year old Granddaughter. I think little children always bring a smile to your face no matter what. I love her to bits. So a big Bah Humbug from me too. X
Hi Mavis,so pleased you had a little Granddaughter to share Xmas with, they really do make the day.Take care, love Wendells xxx
Hi Wendells. How was your day yesterday. It must seem strange to be sunning yourself Christmas Day. Scotland had a white Christmas. There are lots of floods around down this end of the country. We're lucky where we live we don't see a lot of it only if we go across the moors. Have a lovely day today. We are going to another Sons today with the two boys. Take care. X. Mavis.
Many thanks to you all for your kind words. Guess I get a bit selfish and forget other people are in the same position, losing parents, it just brings it all home at Christmas. Here's to a better 2014 for us all. xxxSue E
