Seasons greetings to one and all, it does not feel very Christmasy with all this wet windy weather. Hope you are all keeping warm and dry and not getting too out of puff.
Best wishes to you all IreneX

Last year I thought I would make a Christmas pudding. I have always bought them in the past. I got out my large mixing bowl and started to weigh out all of the ingredients. well when it was finally all in the bowl I could not mix it as it was up to the top, so the only bowl I had big enough was the washing up bowl so I tipped it all in there! so you can imagine how many puddings that made I think I still have three left in the porch all wrapped up. I will be checking them tonight so see how they have faired over the year. As long as they are not mouldy i will feed one some alcohol and steam it again on Christmas day.
Enjoy your mince pies! best wishes Irene
I live down south too so I know what you mean!
