Keep it in the fridge. Most surgeries have samples collected late mornings, so you will need to get it in early. Make sure your details are on the label.
My consultant has always said to keep in the fridge, i have to do 2-3 days at a time of samples so always keep them in the firdge, the family dont like it much LOL
Pete has always had to do a sputum sample first thing which is not a problem for him. If he has kept one and taken it later then they will not use it so each GP is different I suppose. You can but try pollyjj. xx
