Hi a DS150 is for those with a terminal illness ... You can get of your doctor to make a DWP PIP Claim.

As with you know one told me what this was but seen post on here

DWP define it as if you have under six months to live .. Issue is do you have support of your GP

I submitted a fast track claim for PIP as yes a could drop dead any time and nearly did .. So according to DWP thay said i should file a claim after talking to your GP

you could give the BLF helpline a call? It's the price of a local call and they have benefits people to speak to who'll have the latest info. 03000 030 555 God luck and all the best to you Annie
Both the care and mobility parts of Disability Living Allowance will usually stop after you have been in hospital for 28 days, unless you are a private patient paying for your accommodation and treatment without help from the NHS.

If some or all of your Disability Living Allowance is paid into the Motability scheme, you may carry on getting this mobility part until the Motability agreement ends.

If you go into or come out of hospital, you must tell the Disability and Carers Service straight away. . . .
Hiya if your on higher rate a dont think there is anything further well apart from grants to help with aids

If i was on high rate a would NOT say anything when i told IIDB my condition had deteriorated thay sent me for medical and stoped my money.

As far as hospitals stays you don't know how long your going to be in there so don't say nothing
