My 'fitness age' is 57, Yay!
58 me. I'm 5 years younger than I thought I was ! 
I took one look, and dont need a quiz for me to know that my body has reached its "sell by date" natural outcome for my generation. If I took a test on my active tongue, and maybe my brain, I could take years off.
